Mommy worked on housework, and sentenced the girls to their room to play for the day. To Mommy's surprise, they asked to play in the homeschool tote! They practiced writing numbers and letter, measuring on the scale to make it even, and many things they didn't tell Mommy about!
Who are these kids? What kind of young kids just want to learn instead of play? Maybe a hands on tote was a brilliant idea after all!

The girls went to dance class, they both did great!
We had an afternoon of learning through play. I let then dig through the homeschool bin of hands on items. Charlie pulled out the scale and figured out that to make it balance, both bowls have to have the same number of cubes!
They then pulled out puzzles. Kenzie asked me to give her back the 5 missing pieces, when I told her I did not have them, she replied, "I am putting this away then, cause it is concentrating me!"
